Procedure Used in Evaluation Process

The summative checklist rubric will assess whether the learners were successful in achieving the learning objectives at hand.  The checklist is comprised of all learning objectives and test whether each has been accomplished.  If learners have not met each checkpoint, then it is recommended they speak with their grade level team for more assistance in the future when creating common assessments.

Time

The learners were given their checklist at the conclusion of our two-hour session.  Learners had the opportunity to stay longer if they needed.

Place

The assessment checklist was given at WPMS.  This took place inside my math classroom at the end of a school day.

Procedures

Learners worked collectively with their grade level team.

Concerns

Most learners were only able to create one common assessment with the allotted time.  Maybe next time I should offer multiple sessions through the school year.  All learners are given feedback for their reflection.  Also, they will complete an evaluation form on my instruction.
